If a number, a date or a requirement on this site is wrong, that is the message we most want to receive. Tell us which page it is on and what is incorrect. If you have a link to the platform’s official documentation, include it, that makes the check quick. We will verify it against the source and update the page.

What we cannot help with
We are not a platform and we have no access to anyone’s account. We cannot restore a demonetised channel, appeal a strike, release a withheld payment or contact YouTube, TikTok or Twitch on your behalf. For anything involving your own account, you need the platform’s own support channel.
We also do not offer individual consulting, channel reviews or paid promotion.
Response time
This is a small publication, so replies are not instant. Corrections are treated as urgent and are usually checked within a couple of days. Other enquiries may take longer.
